RPX will calibrate your DynaVibe, including a complete inspection of your unit, cables and accelerometers. GX units will also receive an upgrade to the latest firmware version. The calibration process takes only a few days.

Step 1: Download the Recalibration Form

Before sending in your unit, please download and complete our DynaVibe Recalibration Request Form. This form provides us with the necessary information to process your service efficiently.

The form includes fields for your contact information, unit details, return shipping preferences (shipping account if applicable), and any specific service notes.

Step 2: Prepare Your Shipment

• Print and fill out the recalibration form.
• Include the completed form inside the package with your unit.
• Use proper packing materials to prevent damage during shipping.
